CRIMSON CHICKEN NACHOS

When in doubt, make these delicious nachos with Crimson hot sauce!

How to make CRIMSON CHICKEN NACHOS

6-8 oz Raw boneless chicken
4 oz Tortilla chips
1/2 c Shredded Monterrey jack cheese
4 tbsp Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Oil
1/4 c Black beans (cooked)
1/4 c Jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
1/4 c Pico de gallo
2 tbsp Crema mexicana
1/2 Large avocado, cubed
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Marinate chicken in 2 tbsp Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce and lime juice for at least 30 min.
2. Add salt and pepper, sear over medium heat in lightly oiled pan until cooked through, and then remove from heat.
3. After letting the chicken rest a few minutes, chop the meat into 1/2 inch cubes.
4. Preheat your oven to 400° and spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
5. Top chips with chicken, beans, pickled jalapeños and shredded cheese, and another tbsp of Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400°
7. Remove from oven, and then top with preferred toppings...and another tbsp of Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce.
