How to make CRIMSON QUESO

8 oz Colby jack cheese
1/2 c Diced onion
1/4 c Diced tomato
1/4 c Diced jalapeƱo
1/4 c Flour 4 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Grate cheese. Do NOT use pre shredded cheese as it usually contains an anti-caking powder that will make your queso mealy.
2. Melt butter in a sauce pot and add veggies. Cook till soft.
3. Add flour. Stir and lightly brown.
4. About a half cup at a time, add the shredded cheese until it has melted.
5. Add Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce and stir into the mixture.
6. Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!
