How to make 4TH OF JULY BACK YARD BBQ

SPICY BBQ RIBS
1-2 Racks of ribs
1 Bottle Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce
2 c Tomato sauce
1 c Brown sugar
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp Black Pepper

PINEAPPLE SKEWERS
1 lb Chicken in 1 in. cubes
1/2 Medium pineapple in 1 in. cubes.
1 Yellow bell pepper
1/2 c Medium red onion, cubed
2 oz Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce
3-4 Metal or wooden skewers
- Salt & Pepper to taste

JALAPEÑO & GREEN APPLE POTATO SALAD
2 lbs Small red potatoes
1 c Mayonnaise (regular)
2 tbsp Whole grain mustard
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1/2 Large red onion in thin slices
1/3 c Diced green onion
1/c Chopped parsley
3 oz Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Green Apple Hot Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste

SPICY BBQ RIBS
1. Trim excess fat from ribs; salt and pepper liberally.
2. Place on medium grill with indirect heat and cook for 2-2.5 hours (a bit longer for more ribs.)
3. Mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, and Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce, and simmer over medium heat until thickened then remove from heat.
4. After about 2 hours on the grill, brush the ribs with a generous amount of the sauce, and grill for about another 30 minutes.
5. Once the ribs are done remove from heat, let them rest for about 5 minutes, and then serve.

PINEAPPLE SKEWERS
1. Prepare all the vegetables, pineapple, and cube the chicken.
2. Thread the vegetables, fruit, and chicken onto the skewers, adding salt and pepper to taste.
3. Put on a medium hot grill using indirect heat, and brush generously with Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce.
4. Grill for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
5. Let the skewers rest for about 5 minutes and serve.

JALAPEÑO & GREEN APPLE POTATO SALAD
1. Heavily salt a pot of water and bring it to a boil.
2. Boil potatoes for 12-15 minutes until fork tender and let cool
completely.
3. Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch thin slices, and prepare the rest of the
vegetables..
4. Add vegetables, potatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, salt,
pepper, and Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Green Apple Hot Sauce to
a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
5. Enjoy! Makes two large sandwiches.
