How to make FRIED MUSHROOM SLIDERS

8 oz Ground Beef
4 oz Fresh Sausage
2 oz Shredded Cheese
8 Slider Sized Mushroom
1 oz Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce
1.5 c Soda Water
2 c Tempura Flour
Bravado Spice Chili & Garlic Pickles
Slider Buns
Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Mix beef and sausage together with shredded cheese and hot sauce.
2. Pour oil into a sauce pot for frying and heat to about 350°.
3. Remove stems from mushrooms and stuff caps with meat mixture.
4. Pour soda into a large bowl and then whisk in tempura flour until slightly lumpy.
5. Dip Mushroom caps into batter and then drop immediately into hot oil.
6. Fry mushrooms until golden brown, remove from oil, and drain on paper towels.
7. Put in slider buns and top with Bravado Spice Chili & Garlic Pickle slice.
