Chicken fried steak. Gravy made in the pan. Ghost Pepper & Blueberry hot sauce in the crust and on top. Need we say more.

How to make GHOST PEPPER & BLUEBERRY CHICKEN FRIED STEAK

4 1/2 lb thin cube steaks
2 c All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce

Gravy:
2 c Whole Milk
1/4 c Flour
Oil for frying
Salt & Pepper to taste
1.) Beat steaks until well tenderized.
2.) Whisk flour, salt, baking powder, salt, soda, & pepper together in a large bowl.
3.) In another bowl, mix eggs and Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry hot sauce.
4.) In a sauce pot or cast iron skillet, heat enough oil to 350° to submerge the steaks.
5.) Lightly flour the steaks, dip in the egg wash, and then re-flour.
6.) Fry the steaks in the oil until golden brown (about 4-6 minutes per side)
7.) Drain the hot oil, but leave a small amount in the pan. Add flour to the hot oil and brown it a bit. Then add the milk, salt, & pepper.
8.) Cook down the gravy until it thickens, pour over the steaks, and serve immediately.
