How to make GRILLED CHEESE FOUR WAYS

EGGS IN A BASKET GRILLED CHEESE
2 Slices of sourdough bread
3 Slices of cheddar cheese
1 Egg
1 oz Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste

HAM & SWISS GRILLED CHEESE:
2 Slices of brioche bread
2 Slices of ham
2 Slices of swiss cheese
1 oz Thin sliced pineapple
1 oz Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste

APPLE & HONEY GRILLED CHEESE
2 Slices of brioche bread
1 oz Thin slices of granny smith apple
2 oz Gouda cheese
1 oz Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Green Apple hot sauce
1 tbsp Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste

BERRY & BACON GRILLED CHEESE
2 Slices of brioche bread
2 oz Blueberries
2 oz Raspberries
4 tbsp Sugar
2 Slices of bacon
2 oz Brie cheese
1 oz Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
EGGS IN A BASKET GRILLED CHEESE
1. Drop butter on a griddle, cast iron skillet, or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Place bread on buttered griddle.
3. When the bread started to brown, flip the slices, and top with the cheddar. Close the sandwich cook until the cheese has melted.
4. Remove from the sandwich from the heat and carefully cut a 2 inch hole out of the middle of it.
5. Place the sandwich back on the hot griddle and crack an egg into the hole. Then pour Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce in with it.
6. After about 2 minutes, carefully flip the sandwich and cook for another 2 minutes until the egg is set on both sides.
7. Salt & pepper to taste, then remove from the heat and serve immediately.

HAM & SWISS GRILLED CHEESE
1. Drop butter on a griddle, cast iron skillet, or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Place bread, ham, and pineapple on buttered griddle.
3. When everything has started to brown, flip the bread, and put the cheese, ham, pineapple slices, and Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce on one of the grilled bread slices.
4. Cover the sandwich with the other slice of brioche and continue to heat until the cheese has melted.
5. Salt & pepper to taste, then remove from the heat and serve immediately.

APPLE & HONEY GRILLED CHEESE
1. Drop butter on a griddle, cast iron skillet, or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Place bread, and apples on buttered griddle.
3. When everything has started to brown, flip the bread, and put the cheese, apple slices, honey and Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Green Apple Hot Sauce on one of the grilled bread slices.
4. Cover the sandwich with the other slice of brioche and continue to heat until the cheese has melted.
5 Salt & pepper to taste, then remove from the heat and serve immediately.

BERRY & BACON GRILLED CHEESE
1. In a small sauce pot, combine berries and sugar over medium heat. Mash the berries until a thick compote has formed. Remove from and set aside.
2. Cook bacon until slightly crispy, drain, and set aside.
3. Place bread on buttered griddle.
4. When the bread has started to brown, flip the slices, and put the cheese, bacon, and Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce on one of the grilled bread slices.
5. Cover the sandwich with the other slice of brioche and continue to heat until the brie has melted.
6. Salt & pepper to taste, then remove from the heat and serve immediately.
