How to make PINEAPPLE HABANERO SHRIMP SCAMPI

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c parsley, chopped
1/2 c cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp butter
2-3 oz. white wine
8-10 medium shrimp, peeled
2 oz Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce
2 oz pasta of your choice (we used Angel Hair)
1. Boil pasta in salt water until al dente.
2. Toss with olive oil and set aside.
3. Put butter in pan over medium heat.
4. When the butter has stopped bubbling, add garlic, and shrimp soon after.
5. Pour Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce over shrimp and garlic and cook on one side for about 90 seconds.
6. Turn shrimp and make sure each shrimp is coated in sauce.
7. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until almost done.
8. The residual heat will finish cooking the shrimp.
9. Deglaze the pan with white wine and let the pan sauce cook down for a few minutes.
10. Add tomatoes, parsley, pasta, and shrimp to the pan and toss until everything is well coated with the pan sauce.
11. Serve immediately.
