How to make SLOW COOKER PULLED PORK

5 lbs Boston butt pork
2 Onions, cubed
1/4 c Black pepper
1/4 c Salt
1 Bottle Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce
1. Rub salt and pepper into the meat.
2. Put down a layer of onions at the bottom of a slow cooker, place butt on top, and pour the beer over it.
3. Cover and cook for 8-12 hours until the meat is tender.
4. Remove the meat from the pot, and shred with forks or tongs. You may choose to add some of the cooked onions as well.
5. Pour an entire bottle of Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot sauce into the shredded pork and mix.
6. Serve immediately on a bun with red onions and pickles. (optional)
