1 Baked biscuit
2 Eggs
4 Egg yolks
1/2 c Warm melted butter
1/4 c Fresh sausage
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 oz Bravado Spice
Crimson Hot Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
(optional) chives
1. Bake biscuit and halve.
2. Form sausage patties a bit wider than the biscuit halves and cook until completely cooked.
3. To poach eggs, fill a sauce pot about 2/3 full of water, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and a pinch or salt. Bring to boil.
4. Carefully swirl the boiling water around in a circle and then drop the egg into the middle. Let it cook for about a minute. Remove with a slotted spoon. Repeat with each egg. 5. To make the hollandaise, add yolks to a food processor. While pulsing, slowly add, lemon juice, pinch of salt, melted butter, then Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce until thickened.
6. Stack sausage patties on biscuit halves, then the poached egg, top with hollandaise, (optional) chives, and Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce.
7. Enjoy immediately.
