How to make WINGS FOUR WAYS

SPICY TERIYAKI WINGS
8 Chicken wings
2 oz Soy sauce
2 oz Brown sugar
2 oz Bravado Spice
Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce
1/4 c Corn starch
1 qt Vegetable or canola oil (for frying)
Sesame seeds to garnish

CRIMSON BUFFALO WINGS
8 Chicken wings
4 tbsp Melted butter
3 oz Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce
1/4 c Corn starch
1 qt Vegetable or canola oil (for frying)

SPICY BBY WINGS
8 Chicken wings
1 c Tomato Sauce
2.5 oz Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1/4 c Corn starch
1 qt Vegetable or canola oil (for frying)

JALAPEÑO & GREEN APPLE WINGS
8 Chicken wings
3 oz Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Green Apple Hot Sauce
1/4 c Corn starch
1 qt Vegetable or canola oil (for frying)
1 oz Crumbled queso fresco
(fresh Mexican cheese)
Lime wedge (optional)
SPICY TERIYAKI WINGS
1. Wash your wings in ice water. Pat dry. Then toss in the corn starch in a bowl until coated.
2.In a sauce pan, over medium heat, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce. Reduce until thickened.
3. Heat oil in a sauce pot to 325° F.
4. Fry wings for 18-20 minutes until completely cooked and golden brown.
5. Remove wings from oil, drain on a paper towel and toss in a bowl or skillet with the teriyaki glaze until coated.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

CRIMSON BUFFALO WINGS
1. Wash your wings in ice water. Pat dry. Then toss in the corn starch in a bowl until coated.
2. Heat oil in a sauce pot to 325° F.
3. Fry wings for 18-20 minutes until completely cooked and golden brown.
4. Remove wings from oil, drain on a paper towel.
5. Mix the melted butter and Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce in a bowl, and toss the wings in the mixture until completely coated.
6. Serve immediately.

SPICY BBY WINGS
1. Wash your wings in ice water. Pat dry. Then toss in the corn starch in a bowl until coated.
2. Heat oil in a sauce pot to 325° F.
3. Fry wings for 18-20 minutes until completely cooked and golden brown.
4. Remove wings from oil, drain on a paper towel.
5. Mix the tomato sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar and Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce in a sauce pot over medium heat until thickened. 6. Toss the wings in a bowl with the barbecue sauce until completely coated.
7. Serve immediately.


JALAPEÑO & GREEN APPLE WINGS
1. Wash your wings in ice water. Pat dry. Then toss in the corn starch in a bowl until coated.
2. Heat oil in a sauce pot to 325° F.
3. Fry wings for 18-20 minutes until completely cooked and golden brown.
4. Remove wings from oil, drain on a paper towel.
5. Toss the wings in a bowl with the Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Green Apple Hot sauce until well coated.
6. Top with crumbled queso fresco and an (optional) squeeze of lime juice.
7. Serve immediately.
