1 lb - Boneless chicken thighs
1 tsp - Minced garlic
2 Tbsp - Soy sauce
1/4 c - Corn starch
6-8 c - Vegetable oil
6-8 Slices - Milk bread
-Thinly sliced cabbage
Lay the chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap or wax paper on a cutting board and gently flatten with the bottom of a pan or a meat mallet.
Remove the wrapping and place in a bowl with the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, Bravado Spice Aka Miso Ghost-Reaper Hot Sauce, and corn starch. Toss until well coated.
Heat the oil to 350º F and fry the chicken for 8-9 minutes until the coating is a light reddish brown. Remove from oil and drain.
Spread a thin layer of mustard on one slice of the bread, and another thin layer of mayo on another. Add a layer of sliced cabbage and then the fried chicken. Slice in half and enjoy!
