2 lbs - Raw chicken wings
1 c - Melted butter
1 1/2 Tbsp - Baking powder
1 - Whole jalapeño
1 c - Fresh shredded parmesan cheese
Coat the wings in 1 1/2 tablespoons of the Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic All-Purpose Seasoning and baking powder.
Lay out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes at 400° F.
While the wings bake, add the melted butter, raw jalapeño, and remaining Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic All-Purpose Seasoning to a blender at high speed. Very, very slowly, add the parmesan to the mixture inthe blender. Continue to blend until the sauce thickens. About 8-10 minutes. If the sauce keeps separating, add an egg yolk.
Remove the baked wings from the oven and toss them in the parmesan garlic sauce.
