Perfectly Spicy Hummus

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp Roasted garlic

  • 3 c Cooked chickpeas

  • 1-3 oz Bravado Spice Crimson Special Reserve Hot Sauce

  • 3/4 c Olive oil

  • 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp Salt

  • 2 tbsp Tahini

  • Water 

STEPS

  1. In a food processor, combine the garlic, chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, & tahini. Blend.
  2. While the mix is blending, slowly stream the olive oil, then the Bravado Spice Crimson Special Reserve Hot Sauce. *Note* 1 tbsp will make for a mild heat level. 2 tbsp will make for a pretty hummus, and 3 tbsp will make for a VERY spicy hummus.
  3. Blend well for about 5 minutes and taste. If the hummus has a slightly chalky texture, add a little water, about 1 tbsp at a time to the mix until you achieve the desired creaminess of texture.
