Bravado Spice
Sauté the chopped vegetables in 2 tablespoons of butter, salt & pepper.
Add the garlic, then ground beef and break it up.
After the beef has browned a bit add the red wine, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme sprigs, and Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce. Simmer & reduce.
When most of the liquid has evaporated, spoon with a slotted spoon into two 8”x4” casserole dish. Spread with about 2 cups of mashed potatoes and lightly brush with a little melted butter.
Bake for 35 minutes at 375° F or until the top of the pie is slightly browned. Let cool a bit and serve. Makes two pies.
