INGREDIENTS 2 tsp Roasted garlic 3 c Cooked chickpeas 1-3 oz Bravado Spice Crimson Special Reserve Hot Sauce 3/4 c Olive oil 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Tahini Water STEPS In a food processor, combine the garlic, chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, & tahini. Blend. While the mix is blending, slowly stream the olive oil, then the Bravado Spice Crimson Special Reserve Hot Sauce. *Note* 1 tbsp will make for a mild heat level. 2 tbsp will make for a pretty hummus, and 3 tbsp will make for a VERY spicy hummus. Blend well for about 5 minutes and taste. If the hummus has a slightly chalky texture, add a little water, about 1 tbsp at a time to the mix until you achieve the desired creaminess of texture.
