2 lbs Raw Chicken Wings
2.5 tbsp Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic Seasoning
1 c Melted Butter
1.5 tbsp Baking Powder
1 Whole Raw Jalapeño
1 c Fresh Shredded Parmesan
1. Coat the wings in 1.5 tbsp of the Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic Seasoning and baking powder.
2. Lay out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes at 400° F.
3. While the wings bake, add the melted butter, raw jalapeño, and remaining Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic Seasoning to a blender at high speed. Very, very slowly, add the parmesan to the mixture in the blender. Continue to blend until the sauce thickens. About 8-10 minutes. If the sauce keeps separating, add an egg yolk.
4. Remove the baked wings from the oven and toss them in the parmesan garlic sauce.
5. Serve immediately.
