1 lb Ground beef 90/10
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 c Onion diced
1/2 c Chopped tomato
1/2 c Tomato Sauce
2 oz Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce
3 oz Ketchup
1 tbsp Each salt & pepper
1. Butter a skillet, and then add the ground beef. Break up the beef with a spatula or spoon continuously until well broken up.
2. When the meat has begun to brown, add the tomatoes, onions, and spices. Cook until the onions begin to turn translucent.
3. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, and Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce, and let the mixture simmer and reduce a bit.
4. Remove from heat, and spoon the warm mixture into the hamburger buns. Serve immediately.
