How to make JALAPEñO CORNBREAD

1 c Cornmeal
1 c All purpose flour
1/3 White sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 oz Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Green Apple Hot Sauce
1 Egg
1/4 c Canola oil
1 c Milk
1/2 c Canned corn
2/3 c Pickled or fresh jalapeños
1/3 c Shredded cheese
1 Preheat an oven to 375°.
2 In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder & salt
3 Slice your jalapeños, if they are not already sliced, and mix in the egg, oil, and milk, corn and jalapeños, and whisk until smooth.
4 Pour the mixture into either a cast iron skillet, or baking dish, then pour the Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Green Apple Hot Sauce on top, and swirl it with a spatula. Then top with the shredded cheese.
5 Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out smooth.
5 Cool and serve. Enjoy!
