1lb Peeled, raw shrimp
2 Tbsp Melted butter
2 Tbsp Bravado Spice Árbol Chili & Garlic Seasoning
2 Tbsp Neutral cooking oil
8-10in baguettes loaves,
sliced in half (option to toast)
½ c Mayonaisse
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce (optional)

Directions

1. Brush shrimp with melted butter until coated. Sprinkle or toss coated shrimp with Bravado Spice Garlic & Árbol Seasoning.
2. In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of neutral oil over medium-high heat. Once oil is glistening, add shrimp in a single layer and cook until seasoning begins to form darkened crust, about 2 minutes. Turn shrimp and cook other side for about 30 seconds more. Remove from skillet.
3. Assemble po'boys by spreading mayonnaise onto bread slices (for a spicier option, add 1 tbsp of hot sauce to mayonnaise). Layer each po'boy with lettuce, tomato, pickles. Top each with shrimp.
4. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
