Directions
Heat the oil to 350°F and carefully drop the wings into the hot oil.
After about 12-14 minutes the wings should be a light orange color. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
In a pan, ideally while the chicken is cooking, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic.
When the garlic has softened, add the pepper & Bravado Spice Black Garlic & Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce.
Add the wings, and coat generously with the sauce.
Serve with ranch, blue cheese dressing, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Cooking the Wings: Deep frying gives you that classic crispy texture. For a different method, you can bake or air fry them first:
To Bake: Pat wings dry, place on a wire rack, and bake at 400°F for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway.
To Air Fry: Cook at 380°F for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally until crispy.
Once cooked, toss the wings in the sauce as directed.
Heat Level: Be warned, this is a very hot recipe. The only way to make it "milder" is to use less sauce, but the intent is for these to be extremely spicy. We are not responsible for any tears shed.
