What is your return policy?
We want you to love every bottle of Bravado Spice you get. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
  • Easy Returns & Exchanges (No Hassle, No Worries!)   You can return or exchange your purchase for free within 30 days. Just reach out, and we’ll get you taken care of.
  • Beyond 30 Days? Let’s Talk. After the 30-day window, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with one goal in mind: making sure you’re happy.
  • Where & How to Start – If you bought your product from www.bravadospice.com, shoot us an email at info@bravadospice.com with your order number, and we’ll get things rolling.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please email info@bravadospice.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
shipping information
  • Orders placed before 3 PM Central Time will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
  •  All orders $44.99 and over ship free within the U.S.
  • For orders under $44.99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed. We use trusted carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order.
  • WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY 

what is the shelf life of your products?

  • Hot sauces: 2 years
  • Seasonings: 2 years
  • Margarita Mixers: 1 year

are you products vegan?

All of our products are vegan except for Serrano & Basil Hot Sauce which is vegetarian.

do you offer wholesale accounts?

do you sell to food service accounts with volume discounts?

do i need to refridgerate after opening?

All our hot sauces are safe to store in ambient temperature after opening. However, they will stay freshest and taste their best stored in the refrigerator after opening.

Do you offer a volume discount for corporate gifting & special occasions?

Yes. Please email us at accounts@bravadospice.com with a brief message about what you would like to do.

CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All of our products are made in Texas with limited, quality ingredients. We offer products that are:

  • No artificial preservatives
