Fish Tacos

- Clean and chop / slice your veggies.
- Remove any skin from your fish.
- Oil and heat your pan (cast iron if possible) to medium to high heat.
- Place the fish on the hot skillet, and top with 1oz
- Cover skillet and cook for 60-90 seconds.
- Flip fish and cook for another 30-45 seconds. Top with rest of hot sauce.
- Remove from heat. Serve in warm tortilla. Top with cabbage, avocado, cilantro, and squeeze of lime.
- Enjoy!
