Looking for an easy weeknight dinner that’s loaded with flavor? This Spicy Pineapple Habanero Chicken is your answer. It's a quick stir-fry that comes together in one pan in under 30 minutes—way faster and better than ordering takeout. You get tender chicken, sweet pineapple, and crisp bell peppers all tossed in an amazing sweet and spicy habanero sauce. Serve it over rice for a meal your whole family will love.
The combination of savory chicken and sweet, tangy pineapple is a classic for a reason. It just works. But a lot of pineapple chicken recipes lean way too sweet. This recipe strikes the perfect balance, creating a dish that’s complex, satisfying, and has a truly addictive kick of heat. It’s a simple stir-fry that starts with searing chicken and peppers in a hot skillet with nutty sesame oil. The magic, as always, is in the sauce. We build a simple but powerful sauce with soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and the star of the show: our Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce. This isn't just about adding heat; it’s about adding flavor. The sauce brings its own natural pineapple sweetness and the distinctively fruity, intense fire of habanero peppers. When it all comes together, you get a glossy sauce that clings to every piece of chicken and pineapple, with a flavor that’s sweet, savory, tangy, and finishes with a satisfying warmth. It’s the definitive pineapple chicken recipe for anyone who isn't afraid of a little heat and wants a dish that’s a huge step up from the standard takeout fare.

Recipe Note
- The Protein: This recipe works great with shrimp, pork, or even crispy fried tofu for a vegetarian version.
- The Pineapple: Both fresh and canned pineapple work perfectly here. If you use canned, make sure it's packed in juice, not heavy syrup, and drain it well.
- Make it Tropical: To lean into the tropical vibe, try serving this over coconut rice. The mild sweetness of the rice is a fantastic complement to the spicy sauce.
