- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove the rolls from package. Without separating the rolls, slice the rolls in half horizontally with a serrated knife. Place both halves onto a lined baking sheet. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes until warm (but still soft). Option to brush with butter before placing in oven.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and the hot sauce, folding until well combined. For a softer texture whip the cream cheese (or use a store-bought whipped cream cheese) before adding the other ingredients.
- Remove warmed rolls from the oven.
- To assemble the sliders, spread the cream cheese mixture on the top halves of the rolls. Fold sliced ham pieces and place on the bottom halves.
- To serve, cut the sliders into individual servings with a knife. Assemble on a serving platter.
