Instructions
- Crisp the Prosciutto: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay the prosciutto slices flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until they shrink and become crispy. Remove from the oven, let them cool, and break them into small shards.
- Prep the Filling: Pop the 6 cooked egg yolks into a mixing bowl and mash them with a fork until they are completely fine and dry. This prevents any lumps in your final filling.
- Mix: Add the mayonnaise, Serrano & Basil hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt to the yolks. Stir thoroughly until it forms a smooth, thick paste that will hold its shape.
- Fill and Garnish: Spoon or pipe the filling back into the 12 egg white halves.
- The Finish: Top each deviled egg with a shard of crispy prosciutto, a small parsley leaf, and a generous grating of fresh Parmesan cheese. Finish the plate with a final drizzle of Serrano & Basil hot sauce right over the top.
