By consenting to Bravado Spice Co.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Bravado Spice Co. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

You understand that consent is not required to make any purchase, and your participation in this program is voluntary.
Fees & Frequency
Bravado Spice Co. does not charge for the Service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider. You are responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messaging.
Message frequency may vary but will not exceed 8 messages per month.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the Service at any time.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change numbers, you must re-enroll with your new number.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Bravado Spice Co. is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, for any errors in such information, and/or for any actions you take or do not take in reliance on the Service.
