Jalapeño & Garlic Shrimp Scampi
This isn't your average shrimp scampi; it's got a delicious jalapeño kick that makes it totally addictive. Best of all, this amazing shrimp dinner comes together in one pan in less than 20 minutes.
Ingredients

butter
1/2 c
red onion, diced
2 tbsp
garlic, minced
1 lb
raw shrimp, peeled & cleaned
2 tsp
Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic Seasoning

ground black pepper
1 tbsp
fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1/3c
dry white wine
bread or cooked pasta (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a medium pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until translucent, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more.
- Lay out the peeled shrimp in a single layer on the pan. Allow to cook for about 45 seconds. Add the evenly atop the shrimp and turn each to the other side.
- Add the parsley, white wine, and lemon juice. Continue to gently stir, about 2 minutes or until the liquid has reduced and is slightly thickened.
- Remove from the heat. Serve shrimp and sauce over pasta or with crusty bread.
