1c raw, Unshelled pumpkin seeds (clean of any pumpkin remnants and dried)
2Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
½Tbsp Maple syrup
¾tsp Bravado Spice Co. Garlic & Árbol Seasoning
¼tsp Sea salt
Preheat oven to 275°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the seeds, olive oil & maple syrup.
Add the Garlic & Árbol Seasoning and salt. Stir to combine.
On a lined baking sheet, spread the mixture into 1 even layer.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally throughout the baking process and seeds reach desired crunch level.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
