12oz Ahi Tuna, fresh, chilled (yellow tail or salmon works as well)
3oz Bravado Spice Aka Miso Ghost Reaper Hot Sauce
1Tbsp Sesame seed
1Tbsp Sesame oil
2Tbsp Soy sauce
2c Short grain rice, cooked
½c Seaweed salad
1 Medium avocado, diced
Green onion, chopped
Cube tuna into 3/4 in pieces and put in a mixing bowl.
Add the sesame seed, sesame oil, soy sauce, and Bravado Spice Aka Miso Ghost Reaper Hot Sauce.
Mix well.
Put the cooked rice into a bowl and place fish on top. Then add diced avocado and about ¼c of the seaweed salad.
Garnish with chopped green onion.
