Pineapple Sticky Chicken with Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce
Ingredients
1.5 Tbsp sesame oil
2.5 oz Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce
1.5lb boneless chicken thighs, cubed
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
1.5 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp White sesame seeds (opt. garnish)
1 Fresh pineapple, cubed
3 Tbsp Brown sugar
1/4 c Chopped green onion (opt. garnish)
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken thighs and lightly brown.
Add the pineapple chunks and minced garlic. When the chicken is cooked through, add the brown sugar, soy sauce, Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce and oyster sauce.
Stirring regularly, cook until the sauce has thickened. Remove from heat.
Serve over white rice and top with green onion and sesame seeds.
