Looking for a super fast dinner that tastes incredible? This Spicy Shrimp Scampi is the answer. The whole thing comes together in one pan in less than 40 minutes, making it perfect for any busy weeknight. You get juicy shrimp swimming in a delicious garlic butter and white wine sauce, but with a fresh jalapeño kick. It's so good you’ll want to sop up every last drop with some crusty bread. This one's a keeper.
The best part is how easy it is. You just melt some butter, soften your onions and garlic, and then lay down your shrimp. The magic ingredient here is the Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic Seasoning. You sprinkle that right over the shrimp, and it toasts in the butter, bringing out the bright, fresh heat of the jalapeño and the savory flavor of the garlic.
Once the shrimp are pink, you deglaze the pan with some white wine and lemon juice, which creates the most amazing pan sauce. It all happens so fast. You get the richness from the butter, the acid from the wine and lemon, and balanced heat from the seasoning.
It's one of those meals that looks and tastes super impressive, but you'll know it only took about 40 minutes to throw together. Serve it over pasta or just with a good loaf of bread for dipping.

Directions
In a medium pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until translucent, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more.
Lay out the peeled shrimp in a single layer on the pan. Allow to cook for about 45 seconds. Add the Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic Seasoning evenly atop the shrimp and turn each to the other side.
Add the parsley, white wine, and lemon juice. Continue to gently stir, about 2 minutes or until the liquid has reduced and is slightly thickened.
Remove from the heat. Serve shrimp and sauce over pasta or with crusty bread.

Recipe Note
- No white wine? No problem. You can use chicken broth or even shrimp stock instead. Just add an extra squeeze of lemon juice at the end to make up for the lost acidity.
- For a dairy-free version: Just swap the butter for a good quality olive oil or your favorite vegan butter.
