Sticky Chicken with Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce

Ingredients

1.5 Tbsp Sesame oil
1.5lb Boneless chicken thighs, cubed
1 Fresh pineapple, cubed
1.5 Tbsp Minced garlic
3 Tbsp Brown sugar
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
1.5oz Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp White sesame seeds (opt. garnish)
1/4c Chopped green onion (opt. garnish)
Cooked white rice for serving

Directions

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken thighs and lightly brown.
Add the pineapple chunks and minced garlic. When the chicken is cooked through, add the brown sugar, soy sauce, Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce and oyster sauce.
Stirring regularly, cook until the sauce has thickened. Remove from heat.
Serve over white rice and top with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
