Pineapple Sticky Chicken with Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce
Ingredients
- 1.5 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2.5 oz Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce
- 1.5lb boneless chicken thighs, cubed
- 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp White sesame seeds (opt. garnish)
- 1 Fresh pineapple, cubed
- 3 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1/4 c Chopped green onion (opt. garnish)
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken thighs and lightly brown.
- Add the pineapple chunks and minced garlic. When the chicken is cooked through, add the brown sugar, soy sauce, Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce and oyster sauce.
- Stirring regularly, cook until the sauce has thickened. Remove from heat.
- Serve over white rice and top with green onion and sesame seeds.
- Enjoy!
